Terms and Condition

Alkimos Petfood Delivers ('we', 'our', 'us') provides delivery of pet food, pet treats, and pet-related products to customers within our service areas in Western Australia.

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, delivery addresses, and contact information are correct.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept approved payment methods displayed on our website. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Delivery areas may change without notice. Estimated delivery times are a guide only. We are not liable for losses resulting from delivery delays. If goods are left in a safe place at the customer's request, responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Product packaging may vary from images shown.

Customers are entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law for faulty, unsafe, or incorrectly described products. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for pet food products. Damaged products should be reported within 24 hours with photographs where possible.

Customers agree to provide accurate delivery information, ensure pets are secured during delivery, provide safe access, and inspect products upon delivery.

Customers may cancel future deliveries with at least 48 hours notice. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.

Our liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Users must not use our website unlawfully or interfere with its operation. All branding and content remain the property of Alkimos Petfood Delivers.

Personal information is used for processing orders, delivery services, customer communication, and marketing where consent has been provided.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or transport disruptions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing updated versions on our website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and Australia.
